How a TCI contract runs
TCI holds the prime contract and the obligation that comes with it. The agency has one number to call; the subcontractor has one set of expectations to meet. Nothing is handed off in between.
Contracting agency
Issues the solicitation, evaluates the quote, awards the contract, and holds one entity responsible for the result.
TCI Enterprises LLC
Reviews the solicitation, prices and submits the quote, selects and subcontracts the performing firm, supervises delivery, and answers for the outcome.
Vetted subcontractor
An established small business already performing this work commercially, qualified against insurance, registration, and eligibility requirements before award.
The value TCI adds is coordination and accountability: solicitation review, compliant pricing, subcontractor qualification, quality oversight, and every piece of reporting the contract requires. The agency contracts with one party and is never asked to manage the chain beneath it.
Core competencies
What TCI performs on every award, regardless of the service category beneath it.
Subcontractor sourcing & vetting
Identifying, qualifying, and managing small-business subcontractors across multiple federal service categories. Insurance, registration status, and eligibility are verified before a firm is committed to a scope.
Prime contract administration
Proposal preparation, award coordination, modifications, invoicing, and closeout. The paperwork the government requires, delivered in the form and on the schedule it requires it.
Compliance oversight
Documentation for federal procurement requirements, including applicable FAR provisions, SBA size standards, and subcontractor eligibility. Files are maintained as the contract runs, not assembled after a question is asked.
Single accountable owner
One named point of contact for contract performance from award through delivery. No call tree, no account handoff, no ambiguity about who is responsible when a schedule slips.
Simplified-acquisition response
Built for the $15,000-$350,000 range, where a complete, compliant, on-time quote is frequently the deciding factor. Solicitations are reviewed and answered quickly enough to matter.
Where the discipline comes from
TCI is a new entity. Its principal is not new to regulated work performed under documentation, on a schedule, with someone's wellbeing attached to the outcome.

Federal contract delivery is a documentation discipline before it is anything else: a defined standard, a party responsible for meeting it, and a record proving it was met. That is the structure clinical practice already runs on. Each line below maps a clinical discipline to the contract capability it becomes.
TCI's subcontractor vetting and trade-scope quality oversight are supported by an operations advisor with 10+ years in commercial mechanical and HVAC project management, a certified sheet-metal journeyman background, and hands-on experience across construction and electrical trades, so a subcontractor's quote is evaluated by someone who has performed the work being quoted.
NAICS codes
Service categories TCI quotes and manages. Additional codes are added as qualified subcontractor capacity is established.
Working with TCI
TCI is building a bench of qualified small businesses in the categories above. If you already do this work commercially, the federal side is largely a paperwork problem, and the paperwork is the part TCI takes.
